Our entire stay at the Novotel Samui was simply unforgettable! The location is perfect, right by the beach and away from the hustle and bustle, and the rooms are beautiful and well-kept. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. The food at the hotel was great, though on the pricier side, making dining out a more economical choice. Overall, it's fantastic value for money, but we found ourselves wishing for a bit more variety in the dining options.
